During his Palm Sunday service, Rev Calder set a creative challenge for members of our Junior Church and our wider congregation: using household or garden items, make a family cross to remind us that we are moving into Holy Week and getting closer to Easter Sunday.  Rev Calder invited us to share our crosses via the St Mary's twitter account. This proved a very popular challenge and the response was fantastic.  We received photos of 50 crosses from people across our congregation - old and young.  There were crosses made of everything from gold clubs to football strips. The range of ideas, materials and creative skill was amazing.

We've brought all the pictures together below for everyone to enjoy.
