The Guild in St Mary's has been active within our church for one hundred and ten years.
Our membership is sixty with the average weekly attendance being fifty five. We are fortunate in having some younger active members who bring a new enthusiasm and outlook.
The Church of Scotland Guild's motto is 'Whose we are and Whom we serve' and within our branch we endeavour to grow in faith, fellowship and friendship.
With this in mind a varied and interesting programme lies ahead and we welcome all ladies within the church and town to join us on alternate Monday evening's at 7.30pm in the Avon Hall.
Although the national Guild is open to men, in St Mary's there is an active Men's Fellowship which meets at the same time as the Guild and a close link is enjoyed by the members.
As we look back over the previous sessions and give thanks for all we have achieved and enjoyed. It's never too late to join. You are assured of a warm welcome.
