Coffee Morning

For many, the 13th Motherwell Boys' Brigade Coffee Morning signals the start of Christmas celebrations in St Mary's. With breakfast rolls, home baking, christmas crafts, high class entertainment, ginger wine and plenty of fellowship, the coffee morning has something for everyone. But it is also an important fundraiser for the Company, providing much needed funds to subsidise capitation fees and activities for the boys throughout the year.

Although we can't have our coffee morning in the Avon Hall this year, we hope you can join us on Saturday 5th December for our 'virtual' coffee morning. There are lots of ways you can join in and support the Company:

  • Follow Captain Stewart Maxwell on twitter - @captainmaxi - and send us a photo of you enjoying a cuppa with a biscuit or cake. Use the hashtag #virtualBBcoffeemorning
  • Order some handmade Christmas crafts for £1 each (pictured below) - Snowman Soup, Reindeer Food (red or green), Santa’s Magic Keys & Scrabble letter decorations. Great for a wee gift or table setting! Ribbon colour can be red, green or silver. Maximum 9 letters! To order, simply email This email address is being protected from spambots.
